What to see

Taking the road, towards Zagra, next to the Blanquillo river, there is a dirt road that leads to the place of Pesquera Lock, although it is also called Los Cagilones by the people of Fuentes de Cesna.

It is the mouth of the Pesquera River, in the tail of the Iznájar reservoir. forming two huge limestone walls forming a narrow gorge that encases the river that runs between them. It is an area of special ecological interest, since it usually nests waders.

To get there, it is possible on foot or by car, leaving it a few meters away, since it is not possible to get there, making the last meters on foot. It forms part as the last point of the Route of the Arrieros.
